Origin Story
Rajan Vohra played football at a high level. When injuries and work commitments brought that chapter to a close, the thing he missed most was not the sport itself — it was the community.
The training sessions with teammates. The energy of working towards something together. The release that comes from giving everything you have and walking away lighter for it.
He felt isolated. Trapped. Longing for that team atmosphere and social connection that competitive sport had always provided.
Boxing changed that.
It started as a personal outlet — a way to train hard, release pent-up energy and work on himself. But what kept him coming back was the community around it. The people. The atmosphere. The shared effort.
Rajan taught himself to hold pads, then trained across the UK, America, Canada and the UAE, developing his own coaching philosophy along the way. That philosophy became Box N Sweat.
BOXING TRAINING
IS FOR EVERYONE
Box N Sweat is built on a simple belief: boxing fitness should not be exclusive. It should not require a background in combat sports. It should not feel intimidating.
Our sessions are designed so that every single person in the room — regardless of age, fitness level or experience — can be challenged appropriately. Every exercise has a variation. Every tempo has a scale. Every round meets you where you are.
What makes us different is Box Flow: our approach to building combinations and pad sequences with rhythm and movement, set to music. It is not just about hitting a bag. It is about moving with intention, finding your flow and training in a way that feels as good as it looks.
